What is happening in the real estate market right now is going to sound really, really crazy to you!

Well, the appearance is that the banks are giving out really good deals.  It seems that way, doesn't it?  All they are doing is pricing it below market value and it's bringing them all the buyers.  The banks are literally stealing away the buyers from many normal home sellers.  The REO's are selling way OVER list price in a very short time.  So we wondered, could this work for a traditional sale?
