My Florida Lifestyle Realty Group at Keller Williams is looking forward to welcoming Bill and Pat to the sunshine state!A few months ago, Bill and Pat took a trip to Florida to discover several of the active adult communities in the Central Florida area. We visited quite a few active adult communities and they looked at all of the models in the price range they desired. They compared several new home commuities, prices, floor plans, and amenties in Lake and Polk Counties.

Bill and Pat were looking to make a lifestyle change. While in Florida, they took part in Solivita’s Discovery Days where they enjoyed 3 days and 2 nights in Solivita. Essentially they got to try it before buying it. Not only were they shown around the area, they had the pleasure of meeting many of the residents, visit the amenities, enjoy the eateries, drive a golf cart and get a taste of what Solivita had to offer.

Returning home, they had a clear vision of what they wanted and where they were going! While the other communities were very nice, they chose Solivita to be their new home. They set forth on a plan to sell their existing home. When the contract came in, they called Karen right away and said “We’re ready to move to Florida!”

After taking pictures and video of existing inventory of the floor plans they had previously selected, they felt comfortable putting in an offer on the Calabria model. Here are some photos’s of Bill and Pat’s new home!
